Specific Terms
1. All creative will be supplied by 2nd Story Software. Any alternate creative must be approved in advance by 2nd Story. Use of non-approved creative is expressly forbidden. Modification of 2nd Story approved creative is also forbidden. 2. Affiliates are not allowed to use any variation of the TaxACT brand in display urls. 3. Affiliates are not allowed to target the keywords listed below (Negative Keywords for Affiliate Search Marketing) or any other trademarked terms of any competitor in the tax preparation industry for search. The list below is not exclusive, affiliates are forbidden from using any and all trademarked terms. 4. Affiliates are not allowed to use dynamic keyword insertion for search targeting.
