De-Duping We de-dupe using a proprietary tracking solution against the following online advertising channels: • PPC Brand • PPC Generic • Display Advertising • Direct Partnerships • Other Affiliate Networks We do not work with any other UK affiliate networks. Disputed transactions The merchant will investigate disputed transactions within 75 days from submission.
PPC Terms
Affiliates are allowed to promote bwin through PPC, subject to the following terms: • Affiliates may not send traffic directly to the bwin website. • Affiliates may not use the bwin brand name in their display URL. • Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand within their title & description. • Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand terms or misspells of the brand name. • Affiliates should add the brand name into their negative keyword list. • Affiliates are permitted to send traffic from their PPC ads to their own site before sending the traffic to the website. • Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name in the ad text or display URLs of their PPC ads. • Affiliates are not permitted to display their ads when the brand name or variations of the brand name are entered as search keywords. • Affiliates are not permitted to display their ads when misspellings of the brand name are entered as search keywords. • Affiliates are not permitted to display their ads when the brand name and another word are entered as search keywords (e.g. bwin poker) • For any agreed affiliate PPC activity, affiliates are permitted to promote bwin on all search engines. • Affiliates are not permitted to bid on competitor keywords or use competitor keywords in their display urls/ ad copy.
