Bidding on the term Swarovski, misspellings of the term or any variation thereof is strictly forbidden. This program does not allow the use of direct to merchant pay per click (DTM PPC) promotion. Use of brands or trademarks of competitors in the ad text or as keywords is forbidden.

Specific Terms
Cashback and Bonus sites are NOT allowed Content usage Guidelines for affiliate partners:
- The source is clearly marked as "Source: www.swarovski.com" and hyperlinked to http://www.swarovski.com
- The affiliate partner is not allowed to claim ownership or editorship of the content
- The images and texts are used "as is" without alterations, and marked with: "(c) Swarovski".
- Exception: No image-usage from Crystal News/Limelight-section allowed
PPC Terms
Keyword Advertising for Swarovski is desirable, however with the following limitations:
- It is strictly forbidden to use display url's of "www.swarovski.com" or similar as well as use brand bidding
- It is acceptable only for affiliates with their own landing page. SEM affiliates are subject to special approval (e.g. apply for Swarovski with the URL of your landingpage. Only this one landing page may be used!
- Use of typo or other brand related domains is forbidden.
- Use of misleading texts is forbidden.
- Use of brands or trademarks of competitors in the ad text or as keywords is forbidden.
