Commissions

Weekend booking: 5% Weekday booking: 1%

A weekend booking is any reservation that takes place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If the total booking includes a weekday, this will also be commissioned at the increased 5% rate!

Premier Inn enjoys the highest occupancy levels in the hotel business, so the affiliate programme is particularly targeted at driving weekend business where there is a bigger opportunity to drive business and receive increased commissions.

Note on the promotion of Premier Inn

Please be aware that it is very important to promote Premier Inn as 'Premier Inn' ONLY. They are no longer 'Premier Travel Inn' and have spent a lot of time and money on this rebrand. Please only promote this brand as 'Premier Inn'. We are keeping a close eye on this, and it is very important to promote this correctly to stay on the programme.

Approval of Sales Because people will regularly book hotels some months in advance, we are using a unique commission payment scheme for this programme.

Commissions will only be awarded to affiliates after the customer has stayed in the hotel. This is so we can avoid paying commissions to affiliates whose sale may become void when a customer cancels their booking. This may be reviewed in future, as Premier Inn generally see bookings made not too far in the future. Please note that due to this, Premier Inn does not fall into the buy.at two month payment cycle.

You can view the date of the booking for any sale in your buy.at management area, so you know when to expect payment. View the sales report and choose �customise report�, and add the �Extra Info Field� to the report to view the date of the booking. Payment of commission will be scheduled from this date, if the customer does not cancel the booking (our usual payment schedule is no more than two months).

Specific Terms

Commissions: - Commissions will only be awarded to affiliates after the customer has stayed in the hotel. This is so we can avoid paying commissions to affiliates whose sale may become void when a customer cancels their booking at the hotel. - Pending transactions where the date of stay in the hotel has passed and the sale has not been validated will be deleted from the system at the end of each month. - Please note that only sales tracked by buy.at will be eligible for payment and consequently Premier Inn will not approve any disputed transactions. All cash back affiliates must display this information on the merchant page. - You can view the date of the booking for any sale in your buy.at management area. View the sales report and choose �customise report�, and add the �Extra Info Field� to the report to view the date of the booking. Payment of commission will be scheduled from this date, if the customer does not cancel the booking (our usual payment schedule is no more than 2 months which is void for the Premier Inn programme as per the details above). Branding: - Affiliates must use the correct brand name, Premier Inn (not Premier Inns, or any of our previous brand names, Premier Travel Inn, Travel Inn or Premier Lodge). - Please only reproduce Premier Inn logo on a white or purple background. - Please do not produce web pages that purport to be produced by Premier Inn. - Please ensure all of your site copy is reflective of any current offers and company information that is provided for you here and on the Premier Inn website. - Any affiliates that do not follow these terms may be temporarily suspended from the programme. Olympic Branding - Any use of the Olympic logo in relation to Premier Inn is prohibited, any affiliates found promoting in this way may be suspended and any sales rejected.

PPC Terms

o No pure brand PPC bidding allowed for any affiliates or any phrases containing the related brands or that could be interpreted as such. This includes misspellings and variations of the brand name. o No brand generic PPC bidding allowed for any affiliates o No use of brand name in keyword list, ad text or visible url o No use of brand terms within the affiliate site URL or domain name All affiliates must add as a negative keyword all brand terms and misspellings which include but are not limited to: Premier Inn, pemier inn, peremier inn, Premier Lodge, Premier Travel Inn, Travel Inn. Please note that any affiliates found breaching these terms will have sales rejected and risk removal from the programme. Please note, the merchant has mobile website tracking available however no affiliate tracking has been implemented as yet. Sales generated through m-commerce site won't be tracked and paid for and can not be submitted as disputed transaction.
